1. An 8 x 10 watercolor and gouache portrait of your home. The portrait is painted on my favorite 140 lb Arches hot press paper which is archival, mould-made in France, and guaranteed to last over a lifetime.
2. Custom lettering if you'd like it. I have had folks request their last name, the names of all their family members, the home address, or a quote that is meaningful to the family
3. Up to two pets.A couple of FAQ's about the portraits:
Q: Do you work from photos, and how many do you need?
A: Yes! I really only need one if it's a good quality, straight-on shot (like from the street). Some folks like to send additional shots of details they would like included (like light fixtures, for example. Or pets!).
After you purchase, I will send you an email requesting the photos.
Q: Can you include yard elements, like trees or mailboxes?
A: Absolutely! I love including things that "frame" your house. Include those in the photos that you send.
Q: Would you consider doing the portrait in a larger or smaller size?
A: This particular listing is for an 8x10 only. If you would like to strike up a conversation about a larger project, feel free to fill out the form in the "contact us" section of our website, located at the top of the page.
Q: What is the turnaround time for these?
A: I try my best to get these turned around in 2-3 weeks. If for some reason you are up against a deadline (birthday/anniversary/celebration), if you will email me before you purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org, I will see what I can do to expedite.
Q: What if I am buying this as a gift for someone? Can I have a gift certificate to send them?
A: Certainly! Just let me know that in the "Order Comments" form during checkout, and I will mail you a signed and numbered gift certificate, which the recipient can redeem at any time.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me at email@example.com. I can't wait to work with you!

When some of my dearest friends were moving away, I contacted Adam to surpise them with a painting of their home, a place where there were so many special memories. Adam absolutely exceeded my expectations and was so easy and professional to work with. He worked off of two pictures because their dog Lady, the standard poodle, was a critical element and had to be in the picture. The portrait was the perfect surprise and is something to be cherished for many years to come!
So I ask Adam to paint a portrait of our beautiful 100yr old house in the historical district of Laurel, Mississippi to give as a surprise to my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. Wow...I was blown away by his work and now after using him twice for projects I will for sure do business with him again. I highly recommend his work, unbelievable talent! Thanks Adam, looking forward to many more of your creations in the Roll House!! -Nick
